**This one has a small little dot on the back where the finish did not take perfectly. It is on the back, is slight. But it makes this uke even more affordable.**
For now I no longer offer Kala, but I have been going through my dead stock and realized I have a limited amount of Kalas that got put on my repair shelf, even though they had nothing wrong with them. So I am dropping the price and getting them moved on to my customers. It will get the same great set-ups that I give all my ukuleles! So if you want a Kala with a Mim set-up, now is your chance.
This is a great and beautiful ukulele from Kala. It is laminate so it is great for travel, a starter uke, and for stability in all sorts of temperature and humidity conditions. But the contrasting striping that comes with the Ebony is stunning and the contrasting Maple binding makes this a beautiful ukulele! It has a big, warm, and punchy ukulele sound!
And of course it will be set up with the same care that my high end ukes are set up with for easy and buzz free playability. The action will be comfortable and easy for beginners to fret and it will even make it easier to learn the more difficult barre chords. I think you will be very pleased with this uke!
