For now I no longer offer Kala, but I have been going through my dead stock and realized I have a limited amount of Kalas that got put on my repair shelf, even though they had nothing wrong with them. So I am dropping the price and getting them moved on to my customers. It will get the same great set-ups that I give all my ukuleles! So if you want a Kala with a Mim set-up, now is your chance.
With the solid spruce top, this ukulele has a body, crisp, loud tone with a lot of attack. The Laminate Exotic Mahogany adds the nice warm undertones. Together this is a great ukulele with a well-rounded sound. The matte finish means the ukulele has a lot of volume and sustain. Since no two are alike, I take individual pictures of each ukulele I sell, so there will no surprises when you open the box. The wood grain you see in the picture is the one that will be shipped to your door. It will be set up with the "Mim Process" to have comfortable action and buzz free playability.
